Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. With change of mind returns, any promotional discount used on the order will be non-refundable, and the voucher will not be reactivated.

We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.

Our easy returns process:

Email us at Admin@CourtBeast.com with the information required below. (this info is important to recover your purchase within our sales data).
  • Full Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Item name
  • Photo of the item (optional)
  1. We will organise a courier pick up advising of the return cost if it's a change of mind return.
  2. You send the item back.
  3. You will receive a refund after your return has been inspected.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Court Beast have to request a refund via Yoco if the money is still in the Court Beast Yoco Account. Court Beast will send a credit memo to the customer online, but the refund will happen offline. If the money is already in the Court Beast bank account, we will do an EFT directly to your Bank Account.

If you prefer an online store credit, we can issue a credit with the credit value – this will be in the form of a voucher or coupon code that will be emailed to you.
After approving your return, we will grant you the online store credit or a refund within a week.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us: admin@courtbeast.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for other reasons, Email us or get in touch using our 'contact us' page.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is a change of mind return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that Court Beast will pay for return shipping should it be a case of defective or damaged products.
